During the assignment, the group interviewed two contacts who were at the time located in Japan. Many of the given answers confirmed the information found earlier by the group through literature.
The group also collected three dietary recalls of different types of people. A Dutch person, a Dutch person currently living in Japan, and a native. We compared the dietary recalls to see what kind of differences could be found when it comes to food intake.
